Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for precise implementation
- Diagnose electrical failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure full compliance with Philadelphia electrical codes and OSHA standards
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical panels and distribution systems
- Mentor junior electricians during complex installations
Qualifications
- Pennsylvania state electrical license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local Philadelphia electrical codes
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for emergency calls
- Proficient with diagnostic tools (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
