Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and safety protocols
- Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead apprentice electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
- Provide detailed documentation of work performed and system inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee electrician license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit installations
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for urgent projects
