Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC and Texas regulations
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for project execution
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols at all times
- Lead crew members on large-scale commercial projects
- Coordinate with contractors and building inspectors
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license required
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
