Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Valid state electrician license (TN or TX)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Physical stamina for climbing, lifting, and confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
