Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC and Ohio safety standards
- Read blueprints and schematics to determine wiring layouts and installation specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards
- Perform safety inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical panels and circuits
- Train apprentices on best practices and compliance protocols
- Manage inventory and order materials for upcoming projects
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
