Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with national electrical codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
- Train and mentor junior electricians on best practices
- Perform system diagnostics and repairs efficiently
- Document work completed and maintain accurate project records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Ohio electrician license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Experience with PLC systems and smart technology preferred
