Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential/commercial electrical systems
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for complex electrical issues
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and OSHA regulations
- Conduct system inspections and safety testing
- Train junior electricians on best practices
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Ohio Electrician License (Journeyman/Master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Ability to read complex technical diagrams
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
