Responsibilities
- Installation & Maintenance: Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and company safety protocols.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide clear explanations of work performed.
- Site Supervision: Assist in leading junior electricians and apprentices on job sites when required.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Ohio required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of electrical theory, wiring methods, and safety regulations.
- Tools: Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Driver's License: Valid, clean driving record and current driver's license.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
