Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, devices, and wiring in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical layouts.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other construction crews and project managers to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in commercial or residential electrical work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work hours and reading digital blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
