Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and Michigan state regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Document work progress and maintain client communication
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all job sites
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and Michigan regulations
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
