Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Michigan Electrician license (journeyman/master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed
