Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure all work adheres to National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using test equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead apprentice electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Manage material inventory and maintain clean work sites
- Complete detailed documentation and safety reports
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and Milwaukee municipal codes
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with PLC systems (preferred but not required)
