Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in compliance with local and national codes
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts
- Diagnose electrical faults using specialized testing equipment
- Inspect and troubleshoot transformers, circuit breakers, and other components
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and project specifications
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to resolve technical issues
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local building codes
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
