Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical layouts.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safety compliance and system efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers and other trades to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in California (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, wiring codes, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
