Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for precise installations
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and tools
- Lead apprentice electricians on complex projects and provide mentorship
- Manage inventory and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Deliver exceptional client communication and project updates
Qualifications
- Valid Kentucky Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical installation/repair experience
- Proven expertise with residential/commercial systems (low/high voltage)
- OSHA 10/30 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Advanced diagnostic skills using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and thermal cameras
- Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint interpretation abilities
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
