Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan work.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including proper waste disposal.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to provide status updates.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent experience in Kentucky).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial settings.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and wiring systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a field team.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
