Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain residential/commercial electrical systems
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and Arizona safety regulations
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Lead projects while mentoring junior technicians
- Document work orders and maintain client communication
- Collaborate with construction teams on integrated systems
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- 5+ years of field experience in residential/commercial work
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Proficiency with conduit bending, VFD systems, and PLCs
- Exceptional problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and time management skills
