Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan installations.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure project milestones are met.
- Document all work completed and maintain accurate job logs.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (required for North Carolina operations).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, circuit breakers, and power distribution.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License.
