Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Diagnose electrical failures using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with construction teams and project managers to ensure seamless project execution
- Adhere strictly to NEC codes, OSHA standards, and local safety regulations
- Manage inventory, order materials, and maintain clean job sites
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia electrician license (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proven expertise reading technical drawings and electrical schematics
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with NEC codes and Virginia electrical regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
