Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Manage inventory and order necessary electrical components
- Document all work performed and maintain client communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid North Carolina Electrical Journeyman License
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local building codes
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
