Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with NEC and Texas state regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery
- Mentor junior electricians and enforce strict safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and utility providers
- Document work orders and maintain accurate project records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Texas Electrician License (Journeyman/Master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR training
- Proficiency with conduit bending, transformers, and VFD systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex circuit troubleshooting
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Flexibility for nights/weekend emergency calls
