Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support carpenters and other trades with general tasks
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at job sites
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Valid California Driver's License (must provide at hire)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain focus in dynamic environments
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
