Responsibilities

- Load/unload construction materials and equipment under supervisor guidance
- Perform basic tasks like digging, shoveling, and carrying supplies

- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support skilled tradesmen with material handling and simple tasks
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Must pass background check and drug screening
