Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Follow blueprints and instructions to complete construction tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Participate in daily safety briefings and compliance protocols
- Support concrete work, framing, demolition, and finishing tasks
- Transport materials and equipment using appropriate methods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
