Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read basic blueprints and execute construction tasks under supervision
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery with proper training
- Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and demolition work
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Report progress and issues to site supervisors daily
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and reliability with consistent attendance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Must possess basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.)
