- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and supervisor instructions
- Operate machinery like jackhammers, saws, and drills under supervision
- Assist in demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup operations
- Participate in daily safety briefings and emergency drills
Qualifications
- No formal experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
