Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating basic hand/power tools
- Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and maintaining organized work areas
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support skilled tradespeople by delivering materials and maintaining equipment
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and supervisor instructions
- Adapt to changing weather conditions and project timelines
- Participate in team-based construction projects from start to completion
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide paid training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
