Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup tasks
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Follow verbal instructions and maintain organized work areas
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Participate in physically demanding tasks including lifting, digging, and carrying materials
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain project documentation
- Collaborate effectively with diverse team members to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically strenuous tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Minneapolis metro area
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
