Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, excavation, and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions for task execution
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard mitigation
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in varying weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
