Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Safely operate hand tools and basic equipment (hammers, shovels, saws)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 lbs)
- Assist with framing, demolition, and finishing tasks as trained
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- No experience required – open to motivated beginners
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical agility test
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
