Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and tool setup
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and leveling ground
- Operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance
- Erect scaffolding and temporary safety structures
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform basic concrete pouring and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Denver metro
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- No prior experience required – training provided
