Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople on construction sites
- Prepare sites by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up materials
- Operate hand/power tools safely and under supervision
- Follow blueprints and instructions from lead workers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
