Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform cleanup and debris removal to maintain safety standards
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and project briefings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- No prior experience required – training provided
