Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Set up scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Read basic blueprints and follow project instructions
- Support team efforts to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâtraining provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training available)
