Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Read basic blueprints and project instructions
- Maintain organized job sites and equipment
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and digging
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing crews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
