Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Maintain clean and organized job site following OSHA standards
- Support carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades as needed
- Perform basic demolition and debris removal tasks
- Complete daily equipment and tool inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
