Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, saws, shovels) and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE (hard hat, gloves, boots)
- Perform cleanup and debris removal to maintain OSHA compliance
- Assist in setting up temporary structures and scaffolding
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
