Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste
- Follow all safety protocols and participate in daily toolbox meetings
- Support skilled trades with material staging and equipment setup
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and reporting
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
