Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, saws) under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Read simple blueprints and follow verbal instructions
- Maintain organized job sites and manage waste disposal
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
