Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, levels)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read blueprints and construction documents to understand project requirements
- Participate in concrete pours, framing, and demolition activities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in New Mexico's climate
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Albuquerque
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
