Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and power equipment under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and verbal instructions
- Transport materials to designated areas using carts, dollies, or manual lifting
- Participate in building framing, concrete pouring, and finishing tasks
- Adapt to changing project conditions and weather constraints
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Punctuality and consistent attendance record

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
