Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including material handling and cleanup
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
- Support carpentry and framing tasks for residential/commercial projects
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Collaborate with crew leads on daily task assignments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
