Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read blueprints and material specifications for accurate task execution
- Participate in scaffolding setup and basic concrete work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
