Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks (framing, demolition, site prep)
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support concrete, plumbing, and electrical teams
- Complete daily equipment inspections
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Pass pre-employment physical/drug screening
