Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Perform basic excavation, demolition, and cleanup duties
- Operate hand tools and light equipment under supervision
- Maintain a safe and organized job environment
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from project managers
- Transport materials using wheelbarrows or carts
- Complete daily safety checklists and report hazards
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Reliable transportation to job sites
