Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform general construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and debris removal
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
