Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Assist skilled tradespeople with equipment operation and tool management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites according to OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and supervisor instructions
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under guidance
- Participate in daily safety briefings and follow all protocols
- Complete daily time cards and report progress to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero tolerance for lateness
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
