Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform basic carpentry tasks under supervision (framing, finishing)
- Support masonry work including concrete pouring and bricklaying
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery after training
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to project timelines
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to complete OSHA safety certification
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
