Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup tasks
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized job sites by removing debris and hazards
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Read basic blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
