Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and basic construction tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (drills, saws, levels)
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform cleanup duties and debris removal to maintain project efficiency
- Learn blueprint reading and basic measurement techniques
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Willingness to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
